Fruit price exchange

Cabinet section «Exchange»: /account/market.

Features:
• quote table — current system sell price (withdraw balance) and catalog base;
• dynamics: bulk sells push price down, it recovers toward base over time;
• player lots — list warehouse fruit for silver; buyers pay silver; seller fee (default 5%, admin-configurable).

Flow: harvest to warehouse → check quotes → sell to system or list a P2P lot.

Admins may disable the exchange or P2P only.
