Specialization gives permanent bonuses to the whole guild. The first change is free; later changes cost resources and have a cooldown.

Available specializations
• Mixed — balanced bonuses.
• Gardening — stronger warehouse donations.
• Animal husbandry — stronger farm production.
• Fishing — more guild XP.

Bonuses stack with technologies, territories and projects.
Changing requires manage_farm permission.
