Home and rented box rules

A home has protected personal storage and rooms. An active home bedroom speeds only natural HP regeneration: 20% at level one and up to 40% at level three. It does not heal instantly, is not a combat effect, and does not stack across homes. Wardrobe, pantry, workbench, and dispatch room can be unlocked and improved for silver from My home; an administrator configures prices and the maximum level. A home cannot be sold, robbed, or lost after combat.

Before construction begins, each contribution can be withdrawn, and the project author can cancel the project: all still-reserved silver and resources return automatically to their contributors. Once construction starts, contributions are consumed and cannot be returned.

A rented box is paid in advance. The renter cabinet shows sector, owner, daily price, state, and paid-until time. An overdue or blocked box may be renewed before its auction begins. Once bidding starts, normal renewal is unavailable. Winners have 24 hours to collect and receive reminders at 12, 3, and 1 hour.
