Combat XP 2.0
Combat XP 2.0 is awarded only for HP actually removed from an opponent. By default, one damage dealt to an equally levelled and powered player equals one XP. The final award uses the opponent level and combat power, battle type, result, repeated wins, and active global bonuses. Damage beyond remaining HP gives no XP. After healing, one target can award no more than twice its maximum HP in a battle; an extra pool applies only after a real resurrection. A finishing blow grants a small bonus.\n\nA weaker opponent awards proportionally less XP, never below the configured minimum. A stronger opponent gives a +5%, +10%, or +15% bonus. Standard NPCs use 0.80, strong NPCs 1.00, elite NPCs 1.05, and bosses/story bosses 1.10; values can be changed in Admin → Battle settings → Combat XP 2.0. Tutorial and test battles award no XP.\n\nAnti-farm reduces XP for repeated wins against the same opponent during the configured window. In PvP, wins 1–3 give 100%, 4–5 give 75%, 6–10 give 40%, and later wins give 10%. For ordinary NPCs: 1–10 give 100%, 11–20 give 90%, 21–40 give 75%, and later wins give 50%. Bosses, story NPCs, and NPCs with their own respawn cooldown are exempt.\n\nWeapon mastery is separate: it follows real shots and damage and can progress after a defeat when mastery is enabled. After a battle open “How combat XP was awarded” to see eligible damage, base XP, and coefficients. Settings never change a battle already in progress because its formula is frozen in the start snapshot.
