Request ID and operation history

A Request ID helps support quickly locate one exact game action. After an important Economy 2.0 action, battle, sea action, pearl-auction bid, or travel start, a response may show a value such as req-20260927-abc123. Older sections provide it in the X-Request-ID response header. If something goes wrong, copy this value, the approximate time, and the action you performed — never send a password, cookie, or payment key. A Request ID does not grant account access and contains no secrets. An administrator can enter it in the Trace field under Economy 2.0 → Transactions to view the linked operation path: economy, battle, payment, security, or cron records. Logs are retained for diagnosis and do not replace the character balance or transaction history.
