Lottery item prizes

LOTTERY

An administrator may set Silver, one item, several items or a combined prize. Items are snapshotted when a draw starts, so later shop edits do not change the announced prize. Automatic selection uses allowed shops, categories, level, price and rarity; excluded items are skipped. The winner receives the item in inventory. If delivery fails, the system logs an error and does not silently replace the item with Silver.
